The Gondola

What is the Gondola?

The Gondola is Telluride’s free transportation system that connects the town of Telluride to the Town of Mountain Village. It is a 12 minute ride one way and does stop at 10,551 feet for access to ski runs in the winter, the nature center in the summer, and Allred’s restaurant during season.

 

How late does the Gondola run?

Normal operating hours for the Gondola are 8am-Midnight during season. The Gondola does not run for several weeks in the spring and several weeks in the fall.

 

How much does the Gondola cost?

The Gondola is free.

Normal operating hours for the Gondola are 8am-Midnight during season. The Gondola does not run for several weeks in the spring and several weeks in the fall. The 2009/2010 operating hours are as follows: November 20, 2009- April 4, 2010; May 27, 2010- October 18, 2010, and November 19, 2010- April 5, 2011.
